Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese, pureed

  • 1 cup salsa (jar or homemade) see links in recipe notes

  • hot sauce Optional








Instructions

  • In a saucepan on low heat, add pureed cottage cheese and cook until melted.

  • Remove from heat, add salsa and hot sauce and stir to combine.


Notes 1 serving = 1/4 cup vegetable Salsa Recipes:

  • Green Tomato Salsa

  • Salsa (Cooked)

  • Salsa (Fresh)

  • Tomatillo Salsa
